Q: Good afternoon, can I link a dual band repeater mode router to this sector?

Only Airmax devices can communicate with Lap 120 such as loco Nanostation AC .so the answer is no it cant

Q: Will this work with my Nanostation M5 units using airmax?

Not positive, but based on using both the lap-120 AND THE GEN 2 nanobeams together I would do that. I get 330mbps over 13 nanobeams a mile away..

Q: Does this unit come with the POE?

Yes, AC adapter and PoE injector cable. I believe the power adapter is 50 & 60 HZ with a source power of 115 v to 240 volt. If you are in the USA no problem
