A friend recommended this as a better alternative to glucosamine. We have been using for a few weeks, but we do not have regular inflammation issues to tell if it is better. Good quality packaging, all pills intact.

Great for inflammation

I bought this as an alternative to a product recommended by the local herb and supplement dealer. Their product contained a number of additives in addition to the doctor recommended boswellia to help treat arthritic pains in my feet and ankles. Besides a much more reasonable cost and higher content of target ingredient, the Premium Boswellia Serrata Extract dosage allows me to take one capsule daily instead of two of the locally recommended product.I prefer to limit the number of ingredients I have to take when I am evaluating whether a supplement or medication is effective. Over the years I have tried a number to address arthritic pains and many did not provide me relief. I know the local pills have helped. I only gave this product 4 stars because I have not been using it for 4-5 weeks so I can verify whether it is working as well or better for my bone on bone ankle issues.

It reliefs my knee joint pain.

Great item

I take one capsule a day for minor joint pain. It helps somewhat but not as to give complete relief. I tried taking 2 capsules but it was too much for me. It was not a very good feeling, stomach wise.

I have struggled with rheumatoid arthritis for nearly two decades. The pharmaceuticals offered by western medicine have proven to be as debilitating as the disease. I was pain free after about an hour. Over the last month the pain is almost gone and the swelling due to inflammation has gone down considerably. Best of all NO SIDE EFFECTS! My skin no longer peels, the boils have gone away and my hair seems to be filling in. I no longer am fearful of the side effects of the over the counter pain relievers.Try it.
