I have restless leg syndrome. My doctor prescribed medication which worked. But it was just another pill to take at night. Then I saw a sales ad on one of the tv shows and they recommended the magnesium spray. Well this spray works just as well as the medication my doctor prescribed. So I weaned myself off the pill and now I spray my leg with the Lavendar magnesium -- make sure to spray between the toes for faster absorption, and whalla, no more restless leg syndrome. I'm extremely happy with this product and will continue to use it.

I have been using the magnesium and lavender spray on my feet at night. It is positively affected my on my sleep and has relieved foot cramping.

I thought this was going to be more of a lotion. This is just like spraying water on myself. I think it may have helped me sleep deeper.

Not very aromatic, at least the Frankincense which is what I ordered. Therapeutic qualities not really noticeable.I should have went with peppermint

Quicker relief than the creams or foams!

My husband {neuropathy) and i {cramping and knee pain} tried this product and didn't have good results. It was sticky and irritated our legs i had to wash it off and he said it was flaky and irritating and won't use again. This product didn't work for us and they have a no return policy.
