Excellent, took 1 tablet Friday night and it worked perfectly, took 1 Saturday night and then it worked again, takes away the bloated feeling. Make sure you are at home, does give you cramps but not unbearable

I’ve brought this 3 times already and about to make my 4th purchase. It’s brilliant and gets the job done!Yes it sometimes gives you stomach cramps and have to run to the toilet like 3am but that’s what it is meant to do so don’t be scared. Expect to go toilet like 5 times a day but at the end you will feel squeaky clean.If you can’t handle even the slightest pain and faint then you need something much milder.

After reading good reviews on the colon detox cleanse I decided to try these👍I took my 1st one last night (11th July)@10.20 pm,and by 11.40 pm I needed a visit to the loo,luckily that was just a normal bowel movement and nothing major I then slept and woke up at 7.55 am and thought to myself ‘I bet these don’t work for me’,how I was wrong as within the next 5 mins I had a toilet seat for the next 5 mins and boy did I feel debloated afterwards,fast forward 25 mins and I had another toilet visit😂I jumped on the scales and they’ve gone down 3lbI use to take Exlax chocolate years ago and got stomach cramps with that,but with these tablets and didn’t have any,but it wouldn’t bother me if I did as they aren’t painful at all👍I’m going to take 1 tablet each day and see how I get on as I like a challenge lol,not sure how many days I’ll cope by doing this but hey ho 😂I would recommend these,but just make sure you aren’t going anywhere and your quite near a toilet as you never know when the bowels are going to burst😂

I didn’t read the reviews before I bought these. Silly me.I took 1 tablet (thank god) before bed around 11pm and woke up with the smelliest wind that was relentless all day. I went to the gym and had to clench my arse cheeks together so hard, otherwise I’d have gassed myself and everyone else to death!I have bloated so much that I look and feel more pregnant than when I was 9 months pregnant and ready to drop! The trips to the loo started at around 2pm after I had lunch (don’t eat breakfast).It’s 10pm now and I’m still rushing off to the loo. You get sudden urges to go. I haven’t had the painful cramps (yet) but did feel sick earlier and had horrible burps too. My stomach is gurgling still. I won’t be taking anymore!If you want a REALLY good clean out then you’ll get one, but like everyone else says, make sure you’re close to the loo.My top tip is - be careful when you fart! 😂😂

Not for the faint hearted! This product does work but be prepared to have bad stomach cramps constantly and feeling the urge for the loo every 5 minutes which may not lead to anything. Not sure how people are able to do 15 days on this, I'm only on day 4, and my stomach is more bloated now then before taking it and the pain Is horrific.

Night 1 I took one tablet, was ok had normal bowel movement.Night 2 took two tablets- Stomach Pain in morning was horrendous, worse than labour pain.. hot sweats and sore ring 😆cleared my bowels out to point of aggravated my haemorrhoids, nothing left to expel..safe to say i won’t use again lol5 ⭐ as they do work, effective but beware of the cramps, nothing left in my bowels, everyone's is different tried , cleaned out and not again.. lol

It works to clear everything BUT the stomach cramps are so painful! I couldn't manage to carry on after day 4 of taking them.

These capsules certainly clear out and cleanse, just be sure to take at night with a loo nearby as there will be a lot of visits. The info states to take two which I did but they’re strong so maybe one may just be needed for it to do its intended job. They also get rid of any bloating, so it’s a good supplement and value for money.
