I believe these are beneficial for anyone looking to gain weight, but they do not taste particularly good. The original ones with fewer calories taste much better.

I needed a way to gain weight as I was going there a stressful situation and lost weight. These really helped as I added ice cream to blend a thick shake. I have only tried the chocolate and the taste was pretty good. I would recommend.

I can't seem to find these at any local shops and as I'm recovering from cancer treatments these are great to help me get the calories I need in a convenient way. Mixed with a bit of ice cream and banana makes for a fabulous shake. One shake is great to fill me up in place of a small meal. For those trying to gain weight, this product is helpful. It also contains the vitamins and minerals that are needed. No multivitamin tablet is needed. It makes a good smoothie with a banana and milk or soy soy milk. It is rather expensive but worth it to help reach a goal.

A close family member needs this daily supplement to his diet but we can no longer afford them due to their astronomical cost.
