Had to send it back
Didn't work. Keyboard would not connect. Sent it back for a refund. Went down to Apple Store and purchased the most inexpensive 24" iMac for $1,299. Works like a charm. Worth the difference in price. With an Apple Card I can pay it off in 12 months with no interest.

La mejor compra 2021
Esta computadora es la mejor compra que he hecho desde el 1994 cuando compre mi primera Mac. La pantalla es enorme, la imagen es de pura calidad y es hermosa. El servicio que ofrecen online es super eficiente. la recomiendo y estoy muy contenta con ellos.

Came with a generic mouse and keyboard- mouse won’t connect
It was disappointing to have ordered a Mac only to have it come with the cheapest mouse possible that won’t connect to the computer. I had to go an buy a new mouse to be able to work the computer. Pretty disappointed. Why not just charge more and include the correct accessories?

Computer was kinda slow .. I put memory in it .. speed it up but still kinda slow

No power; doesn't work.
I was very excited when I saw the condition of the unit as it was tip top! No obvious scratches or dents. Then I was disappointed because it was not powering on. I used the cord of my old computer and still nothing so the computer itself must have been the problem. Waiting for my refund so I can order a new one and then I'll update review.

Way too slow for me.
I had to return this iMac due to it being so slow as to be unusable. I didn't know what to expect with an i5 chip but even with 32 GB of Ram, everything about this iMac was so slow as to be unusable. Disk I/O, web browsing....all was painfully slow. Just accessing the internal disk was constant spinning beachballs. This was a backup machine so I don't even want to think about running Adobe Creative Cloud apps. The price was right but that's all. I don't get it. I expected an I5 to be quicker than this with 32 GB but it was just pokey.
