Thanks AYRELY for replacing my clock
I ordered the Vintage Grandfather Chiming Wall Clock from Amazon! The clock came in super fast! I’m a paraplegic and in a wheelchair! I was in the process of putting batteries in clock an it tipped over an shattered the glass! I was devastated to say the least. I looked on Amazon an there was a link to contact the Manufacturer! I told the Scott (Customer Service Team) what had happened. I also told him I was getting the clock for my wife for Mothers Day! He was very sympathetic of my situation! They don’t usually take care of accidents that customers cause! BUT he was going to send a one time only replacement clock! That made my day! (Wife’s too!)I just wanted to thank AYRELY for replacing my clock! The clock is beautiful and has 4 different modes to pick from for the chimes!Thanks againKenneth D Stockwell

Accurate time with good quality sound
Nice looking and accurate timewise. Chimes may be a challenge to get to the desired settings but the instructions are very good. All the available settings work as advertised.My clock is mounted on the wall. With the speaker tight against the wall volume is muted, even when set to the maximum volume level. I improved this by putting narrow 1/4" thick wall spacer (vertical top to bottom in the center and horizontal near the bottom on the wall behind the clock and now get the desired volume from the clock's speaker.If the clock is used as a mantel clock, the chimes sound wonderful.The volume control allows the clock to be set to comfortable db levels. The feature I also enjoy as there are no chimes after 9 PM and before 6 AM. This is especially important since out sleeping area is only a room away from the clock.

Great clock
Bought this to replace an old wall clock. The clock is very nice looking, even nicer than the photo on Amazon. Great addition of our family room wall of photos.

Hourly chime do not chime right hours
There was one mark on side, chimes don’t work right for hours for ext (8) o’clock only chimes (6) chimes when it should be (8) times, 9 o’ clock chimes 4 times ex.For price should be cheaper for not working correctly. Sold me an malfunction clock.
