I have been using this product for about 6 weeks. I went to a doctors apt ( have been seeing this doctor for almost 7 yrs) She walked in and said you look great!! I couldn’t remember anything I was doing different, then about 3 days later I remembered this product I had added to my morning pill routine. I really think it is this product to initiate such a reaction from her.. Try it!! I am a couple months from 68

Granted I have taken the capsules together with regular sun screen sometimes, but I swear it works! I am allergic to most sun screen so this product is very helpful. I haven’t had any side effects.

I have been troubled with my freckles for life, I always have quite a lot on my cheeks and I used covering up facial cream every day. After I moved to a very sunny place, I found they got a lot darker and expanding their territories!! It has good reviews and the greatest thing is it is very reasonably priced. I thought "Ok, I can probably keep using it to see my life-long problem on my skin." I have been using it for 2 years now and after one year's of use, I noticed distinctive disappearance of the freckles on my cheeks. Only after one years of continued use of this pills, I do not need help of cover-up cream any longer. Freckles are still diminishing on my cheeks now. I am excited to see my cheeks freckle free--some time in the near future. Well, it might not be possible as freckles are coming from my mom's side of family but I will keep using it as I see its definite effect on my skin.

It does what it’s supposed to do. I have seen improvement in the spots on my face since using this product.

I really wanted to be able to take this supplement since my skin is extremely sensitive to sunlight, but, as usual, I am unable to tolerate this supplement. It caused my belly to bloat out so uncomfortably hard and so large, it was astounding. I couldn't fit in my pants. I have trouble with digesting all supplements, though, and it it seems the very people who need the supplement are the very ones who can't take it. All issues, including the sensitive skin issue I have, begin in the gut.

This stuff works great for me. I am a very fair skinned brunette living in the south. I've always had to use strong susnscreen. (My husband calls it SPF house paint.) Even with the sunscreen, I would always have to find a shady spot or I would burn. I don't burn anymore. I tan. I still use the sunscreen, also. But no more looking for the shady spot or hiding under a towel when we are at the lake.
