Great Computer
I bought this for my 12yr old for Christmas and he loved it. It should have better instructions and the tech number doesn’t work. But my son loves it

A little disappointed with this purchase. Not as advertised and no support response
First, the produce was indicated as two day shipping. However, after two days I received a letter stating that actually because of the lithium ion battery it would be longer, so about a week later I received the product. Setup was easy and as expected until I began to use the equipment. These monitors do not support 1920x1080 and must be used at a lower resolution to work properly. The mouse was also DOA. I reached out for support and have not been able to receive any response from them. Overall, I do not recommend.Updated: One day after writing this review I received a call from customer service. I didn't answer since they called from a blocked number. They did not provide a return call number on the voicemail message, just said to call them. So obviously I wasn't able to speak with them or call them back.

Had an issue with the graphics card. Called support and they called right back and helped fix the issue immediately. Lalith was very helpful! Great support!
